I welcome individuals and couples for counselling in my practice. I have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, genders, ages and issues and I merge different therapeutic approaches in relation to your needs. I offer short and long-term counselling to support you with understanding your experience and explore the challenges you are facing. I offer sessions in both English and Italian.

I work with adults and young people, and with those experiencing a range of various difficulties including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, identity issues and grief. I work with couples experiencing a range of various difficulties including, but not limited to, communication issues, intimacy issues and infidelity. I also have experience working with survivors of trauma and the distressing ongoing effects this can have on everyday life.

I value the therapeutic relationship in the sense that I believe our rapport to be key to the work. I am committed to offering you a genuine, authentic and confidential space where we can work together, and in which you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I will work with you at your own pace, in a warm and non-judgmental way.
