I use online therapy as it works well for me and my clients, by either skype, whatsapp. Microsoft teams , Google meet, or through a secure portal.Whatever you feel the most comfortable with.

Depression , when you have been struggling with normal everyday activities for over 2 weeks.Sessions would be between 6-12 depending on your needs.
Anxiety, when feeling fear or unease, when your anixety is affecting you that you are getting overwhelming and affecting your daily life.

Struggling with negative thoughts, feelings of sadness , behaviours, lack of motivation and increased fatigue. Help with having a positive mind set. Changing the negative thoughts into positive ones.
Getting motivated and start doing things that you once previously enjoyed. Looking to the future with goal of were you want to be, one step at a time, in the time that you feel comfortable with.
Looking after your wellbeing, good sleep hygiene, exercise, socialising, healthy eating, hobbies, breathing exercise, mindfulness, meditation. Communication, phone a friend or relative keep talking.
The power of breathing, to help with stressful situations, relaxation. Lots of different types of breathing exercises.
Journaling, writing down your thoughts and emotions when your stressed about something write it down, its not forgotton but your not dwelling on it.
Listening to music
Using your 5 senses for grounding, 5 things you see, 4 things you feel, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste.
