Hi, 

My name is Mari and I am a qualified Counsellor. My approach is very direct and hands-on and I use proven methods to assist, teach and help individuals. I offer face to face sessions as well as online / remote sessions.

I have been living in the UK for nearly 5 years now and am totally in love with it!  I decided to continue my dream over here. I am qualified as a Counsellor and have done Child Psychology and currently doing my S.E.N.D qualification.

I focus mainly on Anxiety and Depression and work 80% of the time with children, teenagers and young adults. I find working with the younger generation very easy and they seem to be very comfortable to work with me and open up. Another passion of mine is working with Autistic children and their parents.  Because of my approach, it is very important to work very closely with parents to ensure all is introduced, applied and continued going forward.

Not to say that I do not work with adults! I do offer Counselling for adults for Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Phobias, Relationships and Improvement. I am very involved and always available to my clients and I follow up even long after treatment has ended.

If in the area, I do offer face to face therapy sessions, otherwise I do remote/online sessions.
Sessions are 45 - 50 mins.
