Michael | Person-Centred Therapist
Counselling Shrewsbury
I'm an experienced therapist and counsellor based in Shrewsbury, offering sessions in person and remotely. I work with people with a range of issues who want a change for the better in their lives.
Counselling and therapy can help you to gain the ability to experience your emotions and your life less fearfully and with a greater sense of security and self-belief. The work we might do together could help you to overcome depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, panic attacks, anger, addiction, feeling sad, and coping with relationship issues, separation and divorce, among many other problems.
Such experiences or the harm of past trauma may in turn underlie such problems as eating disorders, substance use, addiction, insomnia, nightmares, and panic attacks. Counselling and therapy provide a means to uncover and remove the obstacles to peace.
Beginning counselling can be daunting and you might want to know more about me before you take the step of booking a session. I welcome any questions and offer, free of charge and without obligation, a 15-minute phone or video call so you can see how it might be to work with me and to help you make your choice.
If you would like to know more or book an appoitnment, please send me a message.
