I am a registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and fully abide by their strict Code of Ethics. FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
It is quite normal to feel anxious in seeking help and you are free to get in touch before deciding to book your first session of hypnotherapy. This is your chance to ask me any questions and see if we’re the right fit for each other. This allows me to understand your current situation, for us to establish expectations and what your goals and outcomes are. – meaning I can personalise treatment closely to your needs. Everyone is different, so taking this time to learn about you is a fundamental part of delivering the best possible form of solution-focused hypnotherapy / Coaching
FIRST SESSION
Our first session will be about isolating the particular issue you want to work on, understanding its role in your life, so we can determine what you need to move beyond this problem. Hypnotherapy is a targeted form of treatment, so usually clients only need around six sessions to work through the issue. If you are working on something specific, like stopping smoking, it may be that you only need one or two sessions. Every individual is different, so we always work in accordance with your particular situation

Hypnotherapy sessions generally last 50 minutes and cost £60 online and £70 in person at my home office treatment room.
You can also book a block of six sessions online for £330. Online or in person.
