I'm Jean. I'm a friendly and approachable counsellor based in Wilmslow, Cheshire. I'm here to help you through your journey of healing and growth. 

Counselling can be a challenging process. It may bring up difficult emotions, confronting parts of ourselves that we've avoided or struggled with. But it can also be incredibly rewarding - an opportunity to heal, grow, and embrace hope for the future. 

We'll work together to explore how you feel and develop insight and confidence for yourself. Whatever challenges you are facing, I'm here to walk alongside you in a compassionate and non-judgemental way. 

I offer in person, remote (online video & telephone) and walk and talk therapy sessions.
