I am a CBT therapist who specialises in helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression and stress. I will work with you to help you overcome the challenges you are facing currently and lead a fulfilling life.
We all need a little extra support from time to time. Reaching out for help can feel daunting, sometimes even a little scary. I understand how isolating it can be when you’re struggling, and how easy it is to feel alone with your thoughts and worries.

My approach is grounded in understanding and empathy, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can explore practical tools and strategies to help you move forward, at your own pace. You don’t have to go through this alone. While my foundation is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I believe in the importance of tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs. Having worked extensively with both adults and young people, I recognise the unique needs and dynamics present in each stage of life.
During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

I often use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.The therapy offered is open-ended and it is important that ending therapy is not sudden, therefore, we will review progress on a regular basis to help determine the quality and duration of our work together.
