Hi, I’m Agnieszka (or Agnes), a BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor offering expert support for anxiety, depression, stress management, and more. I specialize in helping individuals break free from unhelpful patterns, overcome emotional challenges, and improve mental health.

Whether you’re struggling with low self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, or need guidance through life transitions, I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for personal growth. With experience working with both adults and young people (11+), including those with autism and ADHD, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.

My core modality is person centred, but I integrate other schools of counselling like CBT, TA etc. I also work creatively.

In addition to my extensive counselling experience, I bring a background in healthcare as an NMC-registered nurse, ensuring the highest standard of ethical and professional care. I provide counselling in both English and Polish, and offer both online and in-person sessions in Aylesbury. Reach out today to start your journey toward mental wellness.
