Hi my name is Julia, I am warm, friendly, patient and creative with a passion for counselling. I can provide a safe pair of hands. If you have things on your mind that you haven’t been able to share or figure out on your own, counselling could be a good option for you. If you decide it is get in touch, I would be delighted to hear from you.I have a deep interest in people and their stories. The need for an emotional connection is a constant for all of us and my artistic background enables me to offer a creative and adaptive approach to exploring your feelings even when the words can be hard to find. My approach is open and without judgment providing the safety to explore what is causing you issues in your life.
Personal experience and my own interactions with therapists have shown me first hand how life changing and transformative the therapeutic relationship can be; someone to listen and support us during our most challenging times. If something is bothering you we can talk about it together and find your way back to you.
Online therapy
I use Zoom or Google Meet to do online therapy. I will usually send you a link the day before our agreed appointment.Qualifications and registrations

* BA (Hons) Fine Art
* Access to Counselling
* I undertake monthly supervision
* I undertake ongoing CPD annually of at least 30 hours
