Bethan | Counsellor
Counselling Market Harborough
Hello, I'm Bethan. Welcome to my page!
If you are looking for an experienced, warm and empathic counsellor to help you explore your feelings and issues then I am here to help. Making that first step towards starting therapy can be a scary thing and takes courage. It's important you find a counsellor you feel you can trust to hold your feelings and experiences safely.
I offer a free, no obligation call which gives you the chance to ask me any questions and get a feel for whether you think I'm the right counsellor for you.
I work with adults and teenagers on a variety of issues. I can help if you're experiencing anxiety, stress, bereavement, family problems, low self-esteem or perhaps your past experiences are impacting your current life in a way that feels unhelpful. Together we can explore your thoughts and feelings to help you achieve your goals. Counselling is your time, space and opportunity to work through the issues that matter to YOU.
Please get in touch via my profile page to see how we could work together.
