Counseling Melbourn - Royston

I support adults experiencing a range of difficulties, to explore feelings and situations in a private, relaxed and welcoming setting.

I chose to become a counsellor as a result of experiencing some tough challenges in my own life. Having come through them I felt a calling to extend a hand and offer hope and understanding to others going through difficult times. Whatever you chose to disclose will be completely confidential and I proviide a safe, private and non-judgemental environment where you can speak freely and openly. Together we will find a way to help you see clearly the answer to your problem or to come to terms with the situation you are dealing with.

All new clients are offered a free 20 minute, no obligation, introductory session. You can use this session to freely discuss what is troubling you and I can explain what sort of help I can offer, then you can decide if you think counselling is going to work for you.

No matter what the problem is, I am here to listen and to help!

Qualifications and registrations

I hold a level 3 Counselling Diploma endorsed by Training Qualifications UK.

I work in accordance with BACP Ethical Framework. I have a particular interest in helping people who are suffering from bereavement and loss management. The number of sessions needed will depend very much on the problems you are experiencing, however usually a minimum of 6 sessions is recommended.

Most common issues I support people with:

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Relationship issues (work or family)
