I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, based in Penzance, West Cornwall, with experience working with a wide range of clients and personal difficulties.

Through counselling, my aim is to support people who are struggling with a range of personal issues to find clarity and tackle the issues that are causing them pain, anxiety, and stress. At the same time, I understand how difficult it can be to make the initial steps towards facing these issues and feelings.

My training comes from a Person-Centred foundation, yet as an Integrative therapist I utilise a wide-variety of therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic, Existential, Relational, Psychodynamic, and more. Working in an Integrative manner, means using different aspects of these approaches to create a friendly, safe, and confidential space for you as a unique and individual person. I aim to create a collaborative environment, guided by your own needs and aims.

I aim to be as equality-aware and inclusive as possible in my work. I have worked with people from a diverse set of backgrounds, and a variety of genders, sexual orientations, races, and belief-systems. I believe that all people should have access to talking therapy, and that many people will find some benefit in the process itself.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I observe its Ethical Framework. This includes a commitment to working ethically, safely and observing confidentiality for all clients. I am also fully insured.

If you would like to know more or book an appointment, please send me a message.
