Hi I am Michelle, Welcome. I am a Newly Qualified Counsellor. I made a career change in my 40's after many life challenges and overcoming them, inspired me to use my empthatic, caring and supportive nature to support others.

I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassionate and professional support.

I know first hand how daunting it feels to walk into a counselling room and share my inner most thoughts and feelings with a stranger. I'm a counsellor who has experienced the positive benefit counselling brought to my own life. I retrained to be able to provide support and help you navigate through your own personal challenges. 

I provide a safe non-judgemental space to make you feel comfortable and at ease to explore your difficulties.
