As an integrative psychotherapist, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work to help you understand what’s going on, develop coping strategies, and build new skills so you can regain control and reconnect with yourself.

Online therapy
Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. In fact, accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home, a space where you feel safe and at ease, can actually accelerate your progress.
I offer therapy sessions via Zoom or Skype, depending on which platform is most convenient and accessible for you

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, and an additional Master's degree in Integrative Psychotherapy.

Most of my clients come to me with a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, depression, and a sense of being stuck or lost. My approach, which tends to resonate with my clients, is a combination of person-centered and relational therapy. The conditions I mentioned above serve as a map, guiding us to identify where it hurts and what is needed for healing.
Many of our struggles stem from past trauma or unresolved relationship wounds. By shedding light on these old wounds with compassion and care, we can begin to release the weight we carry. This process allows us to find a more adaptable path forward, one that fosters self-love and fulfillment.
