Hello, my name is Lisa, I offer a warm, non-judgmental, confidential psychotherapy service, that provides a safe space to talk about experiences that are causing distress. I believe we all need support at times and that it can be difficult seeking support, therefore you're welcome to contact me with any questions.

My approach within psychotherapy is to work through integration. Integrative psychotherapy includes exploring together at your pace how your environment from the past has shaped your present way of being. Within Integration we explore new ways of being in the present, that will allow you to be yourself and grow and live confidently. Integrative psychotherapy is also an integration of feeling, thought and behaviour.

As there are many approaches in psychotherapy that can help, Integrative psychotherapy allows for different relational and developmental modalities/theories, which theories and modalities are blended depends on an individual’s experiences. The outcome of integration is to feel whole, content and find new ways of being that feel a fit for you. New ways of being, will bring about changes, improving your mental, emotional and often physical well-being.

Individual Psychotherapy - £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55 minutes in total.

Clinical Supervision- £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55minutes in total.

Couples Clinical Supervision - £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55minutes in total
