Online counselling

There are many issues that can lead you to counselling-sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and we can often struggle to make sense of how we are feeling.  We are also living through a huge time of uncertainty which can feel really unsettling and lead us to feeling anxious and worried.  Talking things through in a safe and non-judgemental space can help us to process our thoughts and feelings and to feel calmer and more at peace with ourselves.

I am a warm, authentic and empathic counsellor who will work with you to explore the parts of your life that just don’t feel right and to help you work through any difficult feelings you may be experiencing. Having the space to be truly listened to and accepted fully can be a powerful experience that can bring about real change.

As a counsellor I support people with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression or low self esteem and can help you to overcome whatever obstacles you may face to enable you to live more fully the life you want to lead, as well as to feel more comfortable and at ease with yourself. I have worked with a variety of client issues and am neurodivergent aware.

I am currently working both face to face and online.  While many clients prefer face to face, working online provides accessibility to a wider client group.  This can prove more convenient to many clients and allows for clients to access sessions in the familiarity, safety and comfort of their own homes, or a location of their choosing.
