I work mostly with narcissistic abuse, domestic abuse, trauma, grief & bereavement, anxiety & depression, stress & faith/spirituality , although I can and have worked effectively with an array of other issues. The number of sessions required varies depending on individual circumstances, but my commitment is to work with you to achieve positive outcomes within a reasonable timeframe. Together, we’ll explore what’s causing your worries and pressures, and find ways you can cope and feel better. You will gain useful tools to bring balance and well-being back into your life.
Faith & Spirituality: You will find a supportive space to explore your faith and spirituality, as well as help to work through your challenges and deepen your understanding. Together, we’ll discuss your beliefs, address any doubts or conflicts, and find ways to integrate your spirituality into your daily life. The aim is to support your journey towards greater peace, clarity, and spiritual well-being.
