What ever has led you to feeling this way, I can support you to make your relationships more meaningful, sooth your anxety and achieve growth, transformation and long-lasting change..
I work with a range of issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout and I specialise in supporting parents of neurodivergent children. I also have a special interest in pre- and postnatal mental health and wellbeing.
Sessions can be online or through email—whatever suits you best. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s weighing you down and find ways to bring more ease, resilience, and balance into your life. Let’s take this journey one step at a time, focusing on what matters most to you.
Online therapy
Online therapy is a flexible way to access counselling, one of the main benefits of meeting online is that you can be in a space you feel safe and comfortable.
I aim to make my practice accessiible which is why I offer a range of ways of working together which includes video sessions or video call as well as email counselling and very soon I will be offering Ecotherapy in natural places near Guildford, Surrey.
Email counselling is the most flexible way I work. We will agree a day and time each week for you to send your email by, but you're welcome to send it any time before this. Low Self-EsteemLow self-esteem can come with feelings of shame, anxety and failure. It may be stopping you from having meaningful relationships, leaving you feeling lonely, anxious and trying to please everyone. Maybe there are things you'd like to do but are afraid that you're not good enough. Together we'll work to build your confidence up steadily at a pace that suits you. We'll support you to develop meaningful connections and to let go of shame and negative self-talk.
Parenting Neurodivergent Children
Parenting a child or children that don't fit mainstream expectations of what parenting “should” look like, may leave you feeling isolated, resentful, guilty, judged and misunderstood. You might be struggling with anxious thoughts about the future and grieving the expectations you had for it. When your child has additional needs it can become an all-consuming task fighting the ongoing battles for their care, and you might have lost sight of yourself in the process. I can support you with a range of difficulties such as loss of identity, grief, resentment, relationship challenges with family, friends and professionals that don’t understand and provide a safe space for you and your needs to be the priority.
Perinatal Mental Health and Wellbeing
I have a special interest in working with parental mental health in the perinatal period. I have undertaken additional training through the NHS to work with parents and to support you during pregnancy, and post-natally.

Through our sessions, you’ll have the chance to rediscover calm and gain tools to manage anxious thoughts and feelings.

Are you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you’re running on empty? Burnout can leave us feeling disconnected and drained, making it hard to keep up with daily life. I’m here to support you to find balance and reconnect with what truly matters to you. We’ll explore what’s causing your stress, identify ways to ease the pressure, and build strategies to support your well-being. Together, we’ll work towards restoring your energy and sense of purpose, at a pace that feels right for you.
