Online Counselling and IFS Therapy
Hi! I'm so glad you're here.
Are you feeling stuck or lost? Have you been struggling to cope with overwhelming emotions? Are you seeking meaningful change in your life? I have helped many clients break free from dysfunctional patterns, process and reintegrate traumatic experiences, and gain fresh perspectives. I would love to help you too.
I am a certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist offering online sessions. You can learn more about what therapy with IFS involves below. Originally from the UK, I relocated to Germany in 2008 and work with many online clients in the UK—there’s no extra hassle for you.
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session so we can get to know each other. This allows you to decide, with no obligation, if I’m the right therapist for you.
I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery with me.
Online therapy
I exclusively offer online therapy for my UK-based clients.
Online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions. It also offers additional benefits: it’s more affordable, more convenient, and allows you to participate from the comfort of your own home.
If you’re feeling sceptical, I encourage you to give it a try and see what you think.
Qualifications and registrations
I trained in Germany and attained the following officially recognized, rigorous certifications:
- Accredited Non-Medical Practitioner of Psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin Psychotherapie), 2022
- Psychological Counsellor (Psychologische Beraterin, Leipzig), 2-year course, 2022
- IFS Level One Training (Innere Familien Systems Basistraining, Munich), 2023
- IFS in Coaching (Aufbaumodul, Munich), 2024
Germany has stringent regulations for mental health professionals. The qualifications I have earned required over 1,000 hours of study and practical experience. I have received expert instruction in the mental health field and am proficient in a range of psychotherapies.
I am qualified to diagnose and treat many mental health conditions including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, sleep disorders, personality disorders, obsessive thoughts and behaviors, eating disorders, stress, and ADHD.

Specialisations and Expertises
I decided to become an IFS practitioner because I have witnessed incredible results—both personally and professionally—over the last six years since becoming familiar with the model.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based therapy model developed by Richard Schwartz in the 1980s. Over the years, it has continued to grow and expand into the mainstream, becoming one of the most sought-after therapeutic approaches today. IFS offers a lens to uncover and heal the patterns, beliefs, and "parts" within us that shape our emotions and behaviours.
One of the reasons so many people chooseIFS is that it is non-pathologising, highly effective, and grounded in compassion.
Whether you’ve experienced therapy before or are considering it for the first time, knowing a bit about what to expect can help ease some of the nerves.
An initial 30-minute video or telephone call is free of charge. I take the time at the start to assess your needs and help you decide if I'm the right therapist for you.
How long will it take to see results? Each person is different, but results with IFS therapy are often fast. Many people begin to see changes right away as they learn a new way of working with their inner systems and often report relief from emotional stress or 'stuckness' within a few sessions.
The number of sessions you may need will vary depending on your situation. However, as a general guideline, 5-10 sessions are typically sufficient for coaching situations, such as making an important life decision, while15-30 sessions are generally needed for therapy that explores and heals the root causes of presenting symptoms or disorders, such as anxiety, PTSD, or an eating disorder.
Again, this depends on each person's specific needs, but I typically recommend weekly sessions for the first four sessions. After that, the interval can be extended if desired. Following an initial intensive period, many clients come back intermittetly for on-demand sessions, which can be booked flexibly.
I offer a choice of 60-minute or 90-minute sessions. Please see below for the fees.
