Pippa | Counsellor | Clinical Supervisor
Online Counselling
Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and it’s hard to know where to turn. You might be seeking help for yourself or perhaps you’re a parent worried about your teenager’s behaviour or emotional wellbeing. Whatever brings you here, I’m ready to listen and support you.
As a counsellor and clinical supervisor, I offer online therapy for adults and teenagers. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to meet you where you are.
I specialise in helping people not only reduce distress but also discover what brings meaning and purpose to their lives. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and build a life that feels fulfilling.
Why work with me?
I bring an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on mindfulness, art therapy and somatic techniques alongside more traditional talking therapy approaches. This flexibility allows us to tailor sessions to what works best for you.
Whether you’re an adult seeking clarity and balance, or a teenager feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, I aim to make therapy engaging, low-pressure and empowering.
What sets me apart is my ability to build strong, trusting relationships, even with clients who may feel hesitant about therapy - including reluctant teenagers.
Our sessions focus on empowering you to uncover your own solutions, rather than being told what to do. It’s all about discovering what feels meaningful to you and moving towards a life that’s truly worth living.
How I can help:
-
Managing anxiety, stress and low mood
-
Building confidence, self-esteem and body acceptance
-
Coping with life transitions, like moving abroad, separation or loss
-
Improving relationships - family, romantic and friendships
What to expect:
Each session is tailored to your needs, but here’s what therapy might look like.
-
Open, non-judgemental talking therapy to explore patterns and feelings
-
Grounding and mindfulness practices to help you manage overwhelm or emotional shut down
-
Reflective exercises to gain clarity and deeper self-awareness
-
Practical strategies to create meaningful change at your own pace
As a counsellor and clinical supervisor who supports other counsellors with their work, I bring experience and competence while staying curious and open to learning from everyone I work with.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to help you navigate the challenges and find a way forward together.
Online therapy
Engaging in online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to receive support, whether you’re in the comfort of your own home or have a busy schedule that makes in-person sessions difficult. I understand that taking the first step can be daunting, but my goal is to make online sessions feel just as safe, warm, and effective as face-to-face meetings.
If you’re curious about whether online therapy could be helpful, I offer a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions. This introductory call can provide clarity about how our sessions could support you or your loved one on the path to healing and growth.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like to learn more about how we can work together.
