Are you experiencing feelings of stress, overhwhelm and fatigue? Perhaps you are experiencing a deep and unrelenting feeling of tiredness that rest doesn't seem to resolve.
If you are feeling this way, you are not alone. I am here to support you, and my hope is that together we can uncover the underlying cause(s) and move towards positive change.
I’m Olivia, and my focus is to support people who are experiencing symptoms of burnout. I work online only and offer sessions via telephone or video call, with evening availability.
My approach is rooted in empathy and active listening, providing a space where you can feel fully supported and understood. In our time together, we will explore what’s weighing on you, allowing space for greater clarity and relief from overwhelm. Our sessions will offer you the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and reflect on what matters most to you, all within a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Through this process, you may begin to feel more grounded and present in your daily life.
I have an interest in working with individuals who have ADHD and/or a chronic illness due to my personal experience with both. I recognise the role ADHD plays in burnout, as well as the overlap between burnout symptoms and some chronic illness symptoms. However, this is not a requirement to work with me.

I specialise in burnout, which is often comprised of many different issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep problems and so on. If you are experiencing any of these issues we can work together, even if you are not currently burnt out, to take measures to prevent this from happening in the future.I offer open-ended therapy, with no set amount of sessions, allowing you to decide what timeframe feels most supportive for you. I offer both long and short term therapy.
