Online therapy

Online therapy can be a powerful tool to support your journey toward personal growth and healing. It offers convenience, allowing you to access sessions from the comfort of your own home, which can make fitting therapy into your busy life so much easier.


You may find that being in a familiar and comfortable environment could help you feel more at ease, fostering open conversations. This sense of privacy can encourage you to discuss sensitive topics without hesitation. It's important to note that the confidentiality of our sessions remains the same as face-to-face therapy, with the limitations being related to harm to yourself or others and crime related matters.

Using Zoom, we’ll engage in safe, secure, meaningful video sessions that help you maintain focus and strengthen our connection, making each meeting more engaging and productive. While video calls are the main format, they allow us to build rapport and dive deep into your concerns and aspirations.


Additionally, online therapy provides access to resources that can enrich your experience, such as worksheets and guided exercises, reinforcing the work we do together.

Qualifications and registrations

I am here to support you in your personal growth and healing journey. With a solid educational background in psychology and health sciences, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and Social Services, specialising in psychological counselling, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This foundation equips me to provide effective therapeutic support tailored to your needs.

I have also earned an MA Certificates in Gestalt Therapy, allowing me to foster meaningful connections and promote self-awareness during our sessions. My Master of Arts in Research Psychology ensures that my practice is continually informed by the latest evidence, enhancing the care I offer you. 

With over 2,000 hours of face-to-face therapeutic experience, I have honed my skills in engaging with clients just like you. My MSc in Rehabilitation Psychology enables me to address a wide range of psychological and social concerns you may face, while my Postgraduate Certificate in Health Sciences deepens my understanding of the relationship between health and psychology.

As a Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (FNCIP), I adhere to high professional and ethical standards. My goal is to provide you with compassionate, evidence-based therapy that effectively supports your journey of self-discovery and healing.

The number of sessions required varies based on individual circumstances and the complexity of the issues being addressed. Many clients find that significant progress can be achieved within 6 to 12 sessions, although some may benefit from ongoing support. In our initial meetings, we will discuss your goals and create a tailored plan that reflects your unique needs, allowing us to reassess progress as we move forward.

My aim is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop the tools necessary for positive change. Together, we will work toward achieving your goals and enhancing your overall well-being.

Fees

I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. I understand that financial circumstances can vary, and I am open to discussing and negotiating my fees to ensure that you receive the support you need.

My usual fee is GBP 80 for a sixty-minute session.
