🟢Free 15-minute consultation, online or by phone.

Welcome! I am a person-centred psychotherapist specializing in supporting professionals and young people aged 11 and older. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to meet your unique needs, helping you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

Having spent over 20 years as a project manager and teacher, I deeply understand the pressures of high-stakes environments—tight deadlines, competing priorities, and the impact of stress on mental health. Now, I use this experience to help professionals manage workplace stress, build resilience, and achieve a healthier work-life balance.

Alongside this, I am passionate about supporting young people as they navigate the challenges of adolescence, including academic pressures, self-esteem issues, and emotional struggles. My work with young people focuses on creating a safe, understanding space where they can express themselves freely and develop coping strategies.

I offer flexible therapy options:

Online sessions: Secure video sessions via Google Meet or Teams (UK-wide).

Phone sessions: Accessible counselling from the comfort of your own space (UK-wide).

In-person sessions: Held in a private, comfortable space in Greater Manchester.

Fluent in English and Romanian, I am proud to provide culturally sensitive therapy that is inclusive and accessible to a diverse range of clients.

Take the first step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you're navigating workplace stress, life challenges, or seeking support for your teen, I’m here to help. Contact me today to schedule your free 15-minute consultation and begin your journey to well-being.

Online therapy

I offer online therapy through Google Meet, providing a flexible and accessible way for you to receive support from the comfort of your own space.

Online sessions work just like in-person sessions, allowing us to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential environment. Before each session, you will receive a secure Google Meet link, and you can join using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable talking.

Online therapy is a great option for those with busy schedules, mobility limitations, or preferences for remote support, and it can be just as effective as face-to-face counselling

Most common issues I support people with:

Anxiety & Stress Management

I help clients navigate overwhelming thoughts, persistent worries, and feelings of unease that impact daily life. Whether it's general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, or work-related stress, therapy provides a space to explore triggers and develop coping strategies to regain a sense of control.

Low Self-Esteem & Confidence Issues

Many people struggle with self-doubt, negative self-perception, or feeling "not good enough." Through therapy, I support clients in building self-acceptance, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and developing a stronger, more compassionate sense of self.

Depression & Low Mood

Depression can feel isolating and overwhelming, making even small tasks seem difficult. I offer a safe space to explore difficult emotions, identify underlying causes, and support clients in finding ways to move forward at their own pace.

Relationship Difficulties

Whether it’s romantic relationships, friendships, or family dynamics, I help clients explore patterns in their relationships, set healthy boundaries, and improve communication. This includes supporting individuals experiencing toxic relationships, attachment issues, or struggles with loneliness.

Life Transitions & Personal Growth

Big life changes—such as starting university, career shifts, becoming a parent, or navigating identity changes—can bring uncertainty and emotional challenges. I support clients in processing these transitions, building resilience, and finding clarity in their next steps.
