My name is Nina and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, with a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. You may be here because you, or someone you know, are experiencing challenges and want to talk to somebody. I offer a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental and collaborative space to talk.
As a qualified, experienced Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp), I can offer weekly or fortnightly, one to one counselling sessions, in person in Bedford or online to anyone over the age of 18 years, who is based in the UK.
Counselling offers a place to talk about things that might be bothering you, an experience you have had or any other area of your life that you would like to consider or explore.
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert in your life, and I will be by your side, offering empathy and support. I will not judge you. I will not tell you what to do or how you should behave, we will work together collaboratively to explore your situation. Having a safe space to do this, will hopefully support you to get to a place of understanding, awareness and acceptance.
If you would like to know more or book an appointment, please send me a message.
