I'm Hayley, I am a Post graduate trained therapist and an accredited member of the BACP. I have lived experience of neuro diversity and trauma. Within the rush of modern daily life our emotional health is often neglected and this can begin to impact on our wellbeing.
I would like to offer you a safe space to sit and talk through whatever may be weighing heavy on your shoulders. Counselling can help with help with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, low self-esteem, family issues, low self-confidence, relationships, and more.
It is not every day we share the most painful parts of ourselves with another person, and feel as though they truly understand what it might have be like for us to go through a certain experience or feeling. I believe that what helps people, is the experience of being able to process feelings, emotions and memories with someone who is warm and empathic.
