My name is Estelle, I have many years experience working as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a safe space where you can talk freely in confidence in a comfortable consulting room based in East Finchley, North London.
Everyone experiences difficulties and challenges at some point in their lives. We do not have to face them alone. I can help with a diverse range of psychological and emotional difficulties. I believe that talking and being listened to can make a difference.
