Do you often find yourself navigating through life's challenges burdened by self-doubt and anxiety? I can offer warmth and understanding to guide you towards self-discovery and empowerment.
I will welcome you without judgment. We can embark on a journey together, exploring the depths of your thoughts and feelings with care and support.
Each session is a sanctuary where you can share your fears, doubts, and insecurities, knowing you're held in acceptance and understanding.
Together, we'll work to unravel negative self-talk and anxiety.
It may feel daunting to begin counselling, however, I believe it is the ultimate in self-care.

I love walking and being outdoors and especially in scenic countryside. I'm an animal lover and I have a yellow labrador that I walk miles with. I have a talking budgie and a Welsh Section D horse that I ride.
I’m a warm and friendly qualified counsellor with 10 years of experience. I've walked alongside many people as they've explored their thoughts and feelings. Whether you're looking for coping strategies or just need someone to listen, I'm here for you.
I offer face to face near Shrewsbury, online by video call and telephone sessions.
