Janine | Person-Centred

Counselling Seaham

Hello, my name is Janine. I would like to give you a warm welcome. I am A Counsellor trained in Person-Centered Counselling. I offer private one to one skype video or telephone, whatsapp or online message counselling.

In the first session we will look at how you are coping with every day life . This enables us to get a concise picture of where you are currently at and see what we can put into place to assist you. I am very empathic, non judgemental and a good listener.

I have a BA Hons in Person Centred Counselling which took 5 years. I have worked for Mind as a Mental Health Counsellor whilst I was doing my degree and counselled a variety of client's struggling with anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse. bereavement. addiction, bi-polar disorder and depression. I have also done a lot of work as a Holistic Practitioner and Mindfulness coach leading groups and ones using various healing modalities.

I am very approachable and non judgmental. I enjoy helping people very much to get into a more positive mindset. Nothing is too small. I do understand how difficult it can be to reach out to a counsellor but I can guarantee I have a very gentle approach.

I am willing to work with everyone and if I need to will refer you to someone else for for specialised assistance. I have a keen interest in Mental Health Difficulties and Mental Wellbeing.

If you would like to know more or book an appointment, please send me a message.
