Chantal | Counsellor and Therapist

Counselling and Therapy Walthamstow

I am Chantal, a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Therapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I offer individual counselling and therapy for adults in East London (Walthamstow) and North London (Finsbury Park), as well as online. I currently have daytime and evening availability for new clients.

I help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself by exploring your needs, motivations and patterns, encouraging you to gain freedom and choice in your decisions, and to affect change in your own life.

I work integratively, meaning that I tailor my approach to best suit your specific needs. My approach is open and dynamic, acknowledging that individuals are complex and ever-changing, and therapy should evolve to meet your evolving needs. I aim to offer flexibility, depth, relational focus, and integration of past and present experiences, empowering you to navigate life's challenges, gain self-awareness, and create meaningful change that aligns with your values and aspirations.

I provide a space just for you, free of life’s demands, free of judgment, supporting you to explore anything you bring to therapy. You might be struggling with a change in your life, negotiating complicated family relationships, or a painful past you feel ready to revisit. There might be a feeling that something isn’t quite right, but you’re not yet sure what that is. Whatever you bring, I can help you find some clarity and healing as we work towards you experiencing greater fulfilment in your life.

Online therapy

There are many reasons why it might make sense to have online sessions. You might be a new parent with limited time to yourself, maybe you want to have therapy sessions while you are working from home, or you have physical limitations that make travelling to therapy rooms difficult. Online therapy can be more accessible, more convenient and more affordable, or you may just prefer working online!

You will need a device with a camera, headphones, a private space and a strong internet connection.

I use the secure platform Whereby which doesn't require you to create an account, you just click on the link I send you to start your session from the comfort of your own space.
