Asking for help is a brave and positive step and just by taking the time to look at this site you’ve started your journey to get the help and support you deserve. Now you need to make sure you’ve found the right person to listen and help you, it’s important to feel confident in my abilities.
I’d like to begin by letting you know that I’m a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) a professional body that monitor my work to ensure you receive a professional service, I work within their Ethical Framework, providing you with complete peace of mind. My qualifications were achieved with Coleg Harlech, based in North Wales.
As a Person-Centred / Integrative Counsellor I believe that you know yourself and your circumstances the best and I can work with in two ways, either in structured sessions or more free flowing sessions, because just as you are unique, so too will our sessions be as individual as you are.
The counselling I provide is confidential and enjoyed in a safe, friendly and non-judgemental environment, where you are able to talk freely and openly about how you are feeling. It is your journey and together we can explore what life is like for you and where you would like to be in the future.
