Welcome to our counselling practice, we are a close-knit team of highly experienced, fully qualified compassionate counsellors offering counselling for adults, couples/relationships, and counselling supervision. We work with and offer support for a diverse range of emotional challenges, from depression, anxiety and ADHD to relationship issues and trauma, among others.
Drawing from our extensive experience and training, we adopt an integrated and holistic approach, tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Located in our newly refurbished comfortable, quiet and confidential space, conveniently located in the centre of Tunbridge Wells we offer:

Online therapy
We offer online sessions via Zoom and also offer phone sessions. Our counsellors are trained in providing safe and confidential online and phone sessions.Qualifications and registrations
Our team members each have unique specialisations and experiences, ranging from neurodiversity and trauma to relationship issues. To maintain an ethical and high-standard practice, we consistently engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
Our team are fully qualified and registered by BACP. We have all undergone enhanced DBS checks and are registered with the ICO.
We are dedicated to providing a caring and professional service. We are all neurodivergent sensitive and LBGTQ+ affirmative. Our diverse skill sets further ensure that we offer our clients the highest level of support, directing them to best-suited support within our service when it is beneficial for our clients.
