I'm Michelle, a qualified Gestalt therapist. This means I'm trained to offer you a safe space to process, as well as a warm and empathetic presence. My goal is for you to feel seen, valued and find healing.
As a therapist, I believe in making your mental health a priority. We would work collaboratively to improve your emotional wellbeing and functioning in all areas of life - with specific focus depending on your personal goals.
I offer both short and long-term therapy so that clients are able to work at their own chosen pace, and I am happy to arrange courses of therapy to suit clients personal, practical and financial needs. I am a registered to the BACP and work strictly to their code of ethics.
