Online Counselling Milton Keynes
Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck? Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to help. As a warm, empathetic counsellor, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we can work together to explore your feelings and find the path forward.
I provide online/remote sessions exclusively, available to clients across England.
If this sounds like what you're looking for, feel free to reach out – I’d love to hear from you!
My primary therapeutic approach is Person-Centred Counselling, which focuses on creating a safe, trusting relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Additionally, my training has equipped me with knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Counselling, which allows me to offer an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs.
As a trauma-informed counsellor, I take a sensitive, client-focused approach to help you work through difficult emotions at a pace that feels right for you.
If you're ready to take that first step towards feeling better, I'd love to support you on your journey.
Online therapy
I offer online counselling sessions via Microsoft Teams, this service is designed to support you and your mental well-being.
Sessions can be conducted via video call on other platforms such as Skype should you prefer, with the added flexibility of telephone, or email sessions to suit your needs.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation, giving us the opportunity to see if we’re a good fit to
work together.
By engaging remotely, we can build a strong counselling relationship, creating a safe and comfortable
space for you to get the most out of our time together.
One of the great benefits of online counselling is that it removes the barriers of travel, making it easier
for you to engage in therapy. You don’t have to worry about leaving home, transport, or what to wear!
For those who feel shy or anxious, online sessions can offer a more comfortable, private setting to help
you build confidence and strengthen your communication.

Most common issues I support people with:
1. Anxiety
Anxiety can leave individuals feeling overwhelmed and out of control, with constant worry and physical symptoms like racing hearts or shallow breathing. In person-centred counselling, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore the underlying causes of your anxiety. By listening attentively and reflecting your feelings back to you, I support you in understanding your experience. Together, we’ll work to enhance your self-awareness, helping you to discover your inner strengths and build confidence in managing anxiety through self-acceptance and mindfulness.
2. Low Self-Esteem / Self-Confidence
Low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence can often stem from experiences that have led you to doubt your worth. In person-centred counselling, I offer a compassionate, empathetic environment where you are accepted unconditionally. This safe space enables you to explore the root causes of your low self-worth, challenge negative self-beliefs, and rediscover your value. Through reflective listening and authentic connection, we’ll work together to build a healthier, more positive view of yourself, helping you reclaim your confidence and inner strength.
3. Depression
Living with depression can make it difficult to see any way forward, leaving you feeling isolated, disconnected, and weighed down by sadness. In our person-centred work together, I will offer a space where you can express your emotions without fear of judgment. By providing empathy and active listening, I support you in exploring the feelings and experiences contributing to your depression. Through this process, you’ll gain deeper insight into your emotional world, helping you to reconnect with your sense of self-worth and move toward healing in your own time and way.
4. Domestic Abuse
Surviving domestic abuse can leave deep emotional scars, and healing from such experiences requires time, patience, and a great deal of support. As a person-centred therapist, I offer a safe, empathetic environment where you can begin to process the trauma and emotional pain associated with abuse. I approach each session with a focus on you as an individual, respecting your pace and your need for empowerment. Together, we will explore your emotions and experiences, helping you rebuild a sense of safety, self-worth, and strength, enabling you to move forward in your own way.
5. Grief
Grief is a deeply personal journey, and everyone experiences it differently. In person-centred counselling, I provide a space where you can express the full range of emotions that come with loss, without the pressure to ‘move on’ or ‘get over it’. Through empathic listening and unconditional acceptance, I support you in processing your grief at your own pace. Together, we will explore your feelings of loss and help you to make sense of them, ultimately guiding you toward healing in a way that respects your unique experience and allows you to find peace.
