Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, mood-related issues, relationship concerns, or personal struggles, therapy offers a valuable opportunity to explore and address these challenges.

 

As a compassionate and experienced counsellor, I’m here to support you on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your concerns at your own pace. My integrative approach allows us to address past, present, and future issues, ensuring that your needs are met.

 

Reaching out for counseling can feel like a significant step, especially if it’s your first time. It’s normal to have mixed feelings—perhaps hope and apprehension. This step signifies your readiness to prioritize your mental well-being and explore your thoughts in a supportive environment.

To help you decide if counseling is right for you, I offer a free initial consultation lasting 15-20 minutes. This session is a chance for you to ask questions, discuss your needs, and get a sense of my approach in a no-pressure setting. Together, we’ll explore how counseling can facilitate your personal growth and well-being.

Online therapy

In our sessions, I prioritise creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I only conduct sessions online, allowing for a personal connection even from a distance.

Each session typically begins with a brief check-in, allowing you to share any updates or feelings you wish to discuss. From there, we’ll explore the topics that matter most to you. I use various therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs, ensuring you feel heard and understood.

I encourage you to actively engage in the process, bringing in any resources or exercises we’ve discussed. Your comfort and privacy are paramount, and we’ll work together to establish boundaries that make you feel secure.

As your counselor, my role is to support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, helping you gain clarity and insight into your experiences. Together, we’ll identify your goals and discover the best path forward, empowering you to make choices that resonate with your values.

I have extensive experience working with diverse groups of people across various races, ages, backgrounds, and belief systems. My primary focus has been in the NHS, where I provided a confidential, empathetic, and safe space for individuals seeking support while they await further assistance from services. Currently, I also work with Mind in Enfield and Barnet, delivering brief therapy to clients dealing with anxiety and depression.

It’s important to recognize that it is difficult to determine the exact number of sessions needed for any given issue. Each individual’s journey is unique, influenced by personal circumstances, the complexity of the challenges they face, and their individual goals for therapy.

While some clients may find resolution in a few sessions, others may require a longer commitment to fully explore their concerns and implement lasting change. Together, we will regularly assess your progress and adjust our approach as needed, ensuring that you receive the support that best aligns with your needs.

  • Anxiety: Helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety, develop coping strategies, and explore underlying causes.
  • Depression: Supporting individuals through feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and low energy - working together to find ways to improve mood and outlook.
  • Stress Management: Assisting clients in identifying sources of stress in their lives and teaching effective techniques for managing and reducing stress.
  • Self-Esteem and Confidence: Help individuals build self-worth and confidence while addressing negative self-talk and limiting beliefs

Fees

Session fees: £65 - weekly, 50 minutes 

Importantly, once we start working together, there will be no increase in fees. I believe in providing stability and transparency, allowing you to focus fully on your growth.
