Sue | Person-Centred Counsellor
Person-Centred Counselling Redditch
I'm a person-centred counsellor always putting the client first, here to offer a guiding hand through the toughest of times. You don't need to be struggling though as counselling can help to boost self-esteem through self awareness and better management of emotions.
If you are currently feeling overwhelmed, family and friends not really understanding then counselling could help. Whatever your current situation it takes courage to reach out for a little extra help so it's important to me to show full commitment and reliability.
I'm a person-centred counsellor meaning that the client drives our relationship, bringing whatever is most important to them at the time. Our relationship is very much equal and key to any improvement in self-awareness and mental health.
Appointments with me can be in person in either Redditch or Henley in Arden, encompassing the surrounding areas of Studley, Alcester, Ullenhall, Tanworth in Arden, Claverdon and Wooton Wawen too. I try to make the process as comfortable as possible stressing that I am there to help you.
Online appointments are also available.
