Hi, I’m Aliyyah, a compassionate and culturally sensitive therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
I have experience working with diverse clients, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and identity exploration, including culture, sexuality, and religion.
My integrative approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Existential therapies to create a space that is tailored to your unique needs.
My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Online therapy
I offer online therapy sessions, providing the same level of support, connection, and confidentiality as in-person sessions—all from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams, making therapy accessible and flexible to fit your schedule.

I am a qualified counsellor with a background in Health and Social Care. My experience includes working as a mental health support worker in the NHS, where I have supported individuals facing a range of mental health challenges.
