Hello - my name is Rose and I offer goal-orientated CBT counselling. With several years of experience providing CBT and well-being support, I’m dedicated to helping people navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. My approach is integrative and person-centred, ensuring that each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I offer a safe, affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and mental health concerns. Any discussion of particular needs around ADHD/neurodivergence is welcome, from arranging session reminders to capturing key insights from sessions.
I can help you to see the wood for the trees by combining evidence-based CBT techniques with a compassionate, person-centred approach. I’m here to empower you to discover your strengths and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Specialisations and Expertises
CBT - a structured CBT approach can help treat issues like anxiety, depression and anger management. Treatment will generally last between 9 and 12 sessions. Further sessions available if requested.Coaching and problem-solving - sessions might focus on identifying difficulties and formulating solutions to life's challenges, using CBT-based techniques.
Self-esteem - counselling may help to expore your relationship to yourself, and work to build up your self-esteem.
ADHD support - either as the focus of counselling or to guide treatment of other things.
LGBT+ issues - either as the focus of counselling, or just one element of counselling.
