Hello my name is Arfeen I am fully qualified, fully insured person-centred counsellor and a member of the BACP. I work in Bradford and Leeds and offer both remote and face to face sessions. Remote sessions can be via video such as zoom or telephone.
I provide a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore, you're feelings and find practical solutions. Together we'll work towards creating positive change.

My approach is both compassionate and client-centred, meaning that you and your unique needs are always at the heart of our work together.
