I work with individuals and couples. My approach includes Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotional Focus Therapy. I am trained in Trauma Informed approach, Attachment styles and ADHD aware. I work as an Affiliate counsellor with an organisation that support survivors of Narcissistic abuse, particularly Narcissistic Mothers a subject that I have experienced myself. 

I offer counselling to couples and individuals to improve your communication, understand your emotional behaviours and each perspective of your relationship. Sometimes therapy entails to have difficult conversations about sensitive topics such as past experiences, present resentments and possible trust issues. I also offer Pre Marriage and Discernment counselling.

There is scope for you to attend individual sessions, it is an opportunity to talk about your personal needs that can be incorporate in couple work. I recognise and support your autonomy, that include working at your own pace, to understand and clarify those concerns you are seeking to address.
