I have experience working with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I facilitate a nurturing and supportive space to talk about your needs, understand your emotional development, childhood experiences, cultural influences, present resentment, trust issues, changes such as loss, redundancy, retirement, menopause effects, all element that interwoven in your relationship, may impact your daily life, happiness and health.

There is scope for you to attend individual sessions, it is an opportunity to talk about your personal needs that can be incorporate in couple work. I recognise and support your autonomy, which include working at your own pace, to understand and clarify those concerns you are seeking to address. I offer Pre Marriage and Discernment Counselling.
