I have over a decade working with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Together we will explore your needs and what is needed to happen, what part of your behaviour and dynamics needs to change, the strain on your rapport that prevent connecting to each other. I offer a safe space to explore your relational development, attachment history, cultural influences and personal beliefs. 

There is scope for you to attend individual sessions, it is an opportunity to talk about your personal needs that can be incorporate in couple work. I recognise and support your autonomy, to understand and clarify those concerns you are seeking to address. I welcome Gender, Sexual and Relationships Diversity, I believe in humour, directiveness and creativity.
