Counselling Newcastle Upon Tyne
I work with adults, young people, teenagers and children age 6+. Whether it is yourself or your child who needs support please get in touch for an informal chat.
I believe my clients know themselves and are the expert on their own life. I will work with whatever you feel you need to bring to therapy. I will offer you a safe place without judgement and with respect. I will give you the space to explore your feelings and will respect you for who you are while believing in your potential to grow.
Counselling can help with many issues you may be facing. Anxiety, low mood, depression, bereavement, abuse, family issues, marital problems or past trauma are some examples of problems you can explore through counselling. I have considerable experience working with clients from the LGBT+ community.
