Welcome, I am a person-centred therapist, offering face to face, online and telephone counselling in the East Sussex area.
Taking the step towards a counselling relationship can feel daunting, but the first step is the hardest. I offer a safe and confidential environment, for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and often memories to enable you to lead a well balanced life.
I offer support in many areas of therapy and also have lived experience of addiction, bereavement, anxiety and depression, which can be helpful for some, knowing they are understood.
