Fabiola | Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Counselling and Psychotherapy Weybridge

Hello, my name is Fabiola. I’m an integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and coach.

I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy, which means I use a flexible approach that combines different therapeutic theories to best support my clients' needs. No matter where you are in your healing process, you’re not alone. I’m here to walk with you, offering a safe space every step of the way.

Having worked extensively with survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence, I have vast experience of working with C-PTSD and other trauma presentations and so my practice is embedded in a trauma informed approach. I also focus on the importance of relationships, aiming to create a strong working alliance between us, in a non-judgmental and safe space to explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings.

Our work may also involve looking at various approaches and ideas if appropriate, including:

  • Paying attention to emerging emotions and how they are felt in the body

  • Looking at unconscious processes and their impact on relationship dynamics

  • Practicing being aware of the present moment

  • Taking into account our human experience and the impact of the social systems we live in

  • Honouring our beliefs, our connection with a higher self and/or transpersonal experiencing

My practice is influenced by the person-centered approach developed by Carl Rogers. This approach aims to create an environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you grow and reach your full potential. By having an integrative approach we can focus on what is helpful to you, so you can get to the root of issues in a more holistic way.

Next steps

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with can feel overwhelming, and to make that process a bit easier, I offer a free 15-minute telephone or video call via Zoom or Google Meet. This way, you can get a sense of what it's like to talk to me and ask any questions you may have.

If you decide to book a first session after our call, I'll email you our agreement. This document will outline important information, including our responsibilities to each other, as well as payment and cancellation details.

If you prefer, you can message me to set up an initial session. In your message, please let me know what brings you to seek counselling and what you hope to achieve. I'll respond to you within 24 hours.

I offer both open-ended and time-limited counselling, depending on your needs. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I look forward to working with you.

Online therapy

I currently offer online sessions via Zoom and Google Meet, both secure and confidential communication platforms.

Online counselling is a great option for many reasons, you can have your sessions from the comfort of your home so there's need to worry about commuting or fitting appointments into a tight schedule.

Once we have agreed to work together, I will send you a reocurring link which you can access at the time and day we agree to meet every week.
