Welcome to my profile! I offer counselling in a confidential and safe environment. We work together in a non-judgemental and respectful way, allowing you the time you need to explore your own emotions and thoughts. My counselling is focused on what is wanted, relevant and mutually agreed with you.
I offer a flexible appointment system. I work from two locations, the Yeovil area and Poundbury near Dorchester.

About me
I began my counselling journey back in 2011 and I haven't looked back. I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Psychotherapist, Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor, Accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I have experience working with a variety of presenting issues, such as anxiety, bereavement, chronic pain, depression, eating disorders, stress, trauma and relationship issues. We can also work together if you aren't sure what your problems are.
I support your emotional well-being and ensure you are at the heart of every session.
