I am passionate, caring , empathic to life crisis and I can support you to have a better life. I am non judgemental and you can speak in confidence to me. I have many resources to support you to make the changes that you want to achieve.

I believe all difficulties we experience with regard to our mental health are episodes and not a way of life. I see my role as a counsellor being to help you to develop and build resilience, self-confidence and self-esteem, so you can master the art of living without living being a burden.

Telephone and Online counselling offers you the flexibility to have sessions at a time and place that suites you. I can help you with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem.
