Do you struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges and find they often amplify each other, impacting both personal and work life? You may feel stuck, overwhelmed or depressed, especially in today’s fast-paced, multicultural world with high expectations. This may be especially so with the festive season creating anxiety with family dynamics, social interactions.

At home you feel unseen or you are anxious about having difficult conversations. Professionally you feel unproductive, unfocused and find it difficult to interact with colleagues. 

Therapy can help as it has helped me. While our experiences differ, I do understand some of the struggles you face. With this personal insight, NHS experience, and coaching background, I provide genuine, empathic support during Individual and Couple sessions.

I help you to  better understand yourself, your emotions, behaviour patterns and their roots. Importantly, I empower you to move beyond anxiety and into healthier relationships with yourself and others.

Online therapy

Online Therapy is mainly via zoom and can be via Whatsapp video or Face Time depending on circumstances. I also offer phone therapy.


I understand life is busy and offer early and late appointments as well as day time. 
Currently I have limited spaces for Face to Face and offer mainly online sessions.

Qualifications and registrations

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a background in Psychology, providing insight into how the mind works, and I’m a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as  the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring I work ethically and continue developing to serve you best.

I work with individuals and couples, with specialist training in relationship therapy through COSRT to support the unique dynamics of couple and relationship work.

As an ABNLP-accredited coach, I help transform self-limiting beliefs, offering a forward-looking approach tailored to your needs. I’m also certified by the BPS in Integrative  Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT), enhancing my ability to guide you with effective strategies.

Trained in Integrative Counselling at Regent’s University and The Awareness Centre, I draw from Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Existential therapy, Solutions Focused approaches creating a personalised therapeutic plan that can explore your past, present, and future or focus on specific areas as led by you.

  • Relationships.  You feel lonely, misunderstood, or unable to trust making your anxious. This creates conflicts or you  shut down to avoid criticisms. *I help you to communicate more openly in your relationships, so as to create conversations that build trust and meaningful connections.

  • Major life events like breakups, loss, or redundancy make you feel stuck, feel your life has stopped while others carry on around you.*I  help you face the uncertainty, so you  build strategies to cope and move forward.

  • Life events can strain relationships, cause loss of intimacy and anxiety thinking about finances, effects on kids, others opinions. Stress  impacts your productivity and workplace connections. *I provide you with tools to manage uncertainty, ground you and regulate your emotions.

  • Past experiences , childhood events make you  anxious, perhaps from a lack of support growing up. This makes you feel lonely and unsure inside. *I help you understand these past triggers so you can change old patterns and free yourself from their control. 

  • Old wounds like feeling “not enough” from previous relationships  can resurface, adding insecurity and stress to your current partnerships. *I support you in breaking these unhelpful patterns, so you can build self-esteem and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Logistics and Flexibility

  • Session availability : Mainly online, with limited face-to-face .
  • Individual rates are £65 + depending on online or face to face.
  • Couples are £100+ for 1 hour depending on online or face to face.
  • Discounted rates available upon discussion. Do speak to me.

Initial Consultation I offer a 15-minute free consultation via zoom, Whatsapp video call, face time to ensure you feel comfortable working with me.
