Thrive Sessions (£87, 60 minutes) Sessions focused on sustained performance growth and overall well-being, enhancing your mental skills, performance, and relationships. These comprehensive sessions support your long-term success and balance, helping you achieve a fulfilling and thriving life.

Thrive Booster Bundle (£230, 3x60 minute sessions) Thrive Sessions offered in cost-effective bundles of three. Each session is dedicated to improving your mental skills, enhancing performance, and fostering well-being with tailored strategies. Bundling sessions not only streamlines your progress but also offers savings, making it an economical choice to achieve your goals effectively.
