I can provide a guilt-free, non-judgemental space for you to fully explore and understand your thoughts, feelings & behaviours. We can take efficient, action-focused steps to identify & implement personalised strategies that enable you to optimise your emotions and performance. I also offer flexible, variable session times to adapt to your schedule.

I am currently delivering sessions online or by phone.
