My background in both clinical and performance psychology allows me to approach challenges from a holistic, performance-driven perspective.

 

My goal is to help you identify the root causes of any emotional barriers, and work collaboratively to clear them, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of purpose. I am deeply committed to providing you with a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your emotions and discover new ways to optimise your mental and emotional well-being.

I can provide a guilt-free, non-judgemental space for you to fully explore and understand your thoughts, feelings & behaviours. 

We can take efficient, action-focused steps to identify & implement personalised strategies enabling you to deal optimaly with your emotions and performance. I also offer flexible, variable session times to adapt to your schedule.
