I’m so glad you’re here, and I’d love to introduce myself and share what you can expect as we begin this journey together.
My name is Amber, and I know that reaching out for therapy can be a big step—one that can feel a little daunting at times. But I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to start, and remind you that by being here, you’ve already begun a meaningful step forward.
I’ve had the privilege of working as a psychotherapist for the past four years. In that time, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals of all ages—children, young people, adults, and older adults—each with their own unique stories and challenges. I understand that at times, we can all feel stuck, unsure of how to move forward, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or past experiences.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to be truly heard and supported. I believe that no one should have to suffer in silence, and I’m committed to helping those who may feel like they have no one else to talk to. My goal is to provide a sense of hope and to walk with people through their challenges, helping them not only to manage their pain but also to rediscover their inner strength and resilience.
