Alison | Counsellor & Supervisor
Counselling Bexhill-on-Sea
Hello, I can offer you a safe place to talk where you can be the "real you". I am a qualified, BACP accredited, counsellor who offers private and confidential long or short term counselling in Bexhill.
It can be daunting contacting a counsellor for the first time but I am here to listen, whatever problems you may have and however you're feeling. For example you may be experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, sadness or panic attacks, and have an underlying feeling that things aren't right. You may be experiencing problems in your work and personal relationships.
I offer humanistic therapy, including CBT, in a safe environment where you can develop a greater understanding about yourself with someone who listens, who is non-judgemental and who will encourage the working together aspect that counselling provides. A good relationship between client and counsellor is fundamental for developing trust, confidence and growth. I am also a qualified Supervisor.
Sessions can be booked 9am-6pm on Mondays,Tuesdays & Thursdays, and Friday mornings. There is ample, free, on road parking. I also offer Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp video call & phone counselling.
I welcome clients from all over Bexhill-on-Sea, Hastings, Eastbourne, Westfield, Battle, Catsfield, Ninfield, Hooe, Normans Bay, Westham and surrounding areas.

I also offer Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp video call & phone counselling.
