Relational Counselling Paisley
Hey! I'm Jenna a relational counsellor who specialises in attachments and relationships. Equipped to work with couples, polycules and individuals. I am an integrated trained counsellor, which means you get a whole lot of different modalities such as CBT, psychoeducation, person-centred, and humanistic. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming counsellor with added training in addiction, neurodiversity, grief and bereavement, and anxiety.
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With counselling you’ll learn about acceptance, boundary setting and being able to process in a safe place this will allow you to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
With years of experience in the mental health field, I specialise in couples therapy, relationship counselling, attachment issues, and addiction, I also have personal experience working through the 12-step program. I can work with individuals, couples and polycules face to face in Paisley or remote via Teams.

I work through Microsoft teams.The first session will consisit of a check overall of the contract, if youve had therapy before and what your expectations are, then we will dive right in to why you are here and get started.
Qualifications and registrations
I am trained to a masters level in relational counselling, I also have an ungraduate degree in Psychology and Counselling as well as a COSCA certificate in counselling skills. I have mental health first aid training and suicide assisted support training. I also undertake CPD monthly to improve my skills and knowledge.0Registrations
